One point of contact orchestrates the full team: a Prep Team before the deal (growth advisor, accounting, tax planning), a Deal Team during (legal via Speed M&A, quality of earnings, tax, IP, M&A advisory), and a Post Team after (wealth advisor, tax advisor, transition coach).
Engagement options
- Legal Representation Only — Speed M&A provides full legal representation; you retain separate banking, QoE, and tax advisors. Estimated legal fee: $80k–$150k.
- Full-Service Deal Execution (most popular) — end-to-end transaction management, one partner, one fee structure. 1.75%–2.5% success fee + $30k retainer.
